Designed to enhance not only your physical performance but also mental health and the overall quality of life through a balanced approach to well-being, Wellness at The Sloane Club features a state-of-the-art gym equipped with the latest Technogym gear, a studio for class-based exercise, an infrared sauna with a shock shower, and luxurious en-suite changing rooms. Access to these spaces is available to Full and Fitness Members.

Spa Treatments

In addition, two spacious treatment rooms offer massages and facials, as well as beauty treatments. Our therapists are fully trained in Bamford products and treatments designed to relax, recharge and restore. All types of Memberships of The Sloane Club can benefit from this service.

STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT

Equipped with the latest Technogym gear, our state-of-the-art gym floor will help you achieve any fitness goal—whether on your own or with a personal trainer. From cardio to chest and leg curls, you will find every piece of equipment needed to cover all aspects of your fitness routine.

DAILY CLASSES

A curated programme of complimentary classes is available to Full and Fitness members, from LDM Sculpt and Sweat to the iconic Invisible Reformer. Complementing these dynamic sessions are restorative practices including Breathwork & Meditation, Yoga, and Stretch classes, curated to balance body and mind. PT sessions are also available.

Members’ wellness journey starts with our team working with you to create personalised plans, starting with a Technogym checkup to determine your wellness requirements, followed by a consultation to help design unique training programmes and lifestyle protocols — tailored to help you thrive, both inside and beyond the Club.

THE LOUISA DRAKE METHOD

We have partnered with celebrity fitness expert, Louisa Drake, an elite fitness expert and creator of the prestigious Louisa Drake Method (LDM). Drawing from her illustrious career as a professional dancer and choreographer, Louisa has crafted a unique methodology that masterfully integrates Pilates, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning with personalised wellness guidance.
